£38,934 - £46,512 per annum

Applications are invited from candidates who have a full or trainee membership of CILEX (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) or the National Association of Licensed Paralegals (NALP) or similar and equivalent qualification from another jurisdiction with the relevant conversion to the UK. The job profile has full details.

You will be required to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the law and procedures relating either Local Authority prosecutions and debt recovery.  This includes supporting the departments lawyers as well as managing casework on matters relating to the Council prosecutions and debt recovery work.  Please refer to the job profile for full details of the role.

We are based in modern offices close to the transport links of Ealing Broadway and the amenities of Ealing town centre, although it is presently envisaged that the role will predominantly be carried out from home with attendance at the office once a week or when the business need requires.

To enable your customer group, you must have a fluent command of written and spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role.  This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.
