Planning Lawyer
Gloucestershire (local Authority role)
Contract initially until 31 March 2026
Rate: Umbrella, negotiable

37 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced planning lawyer to join our infrastructure team to assist with planning related matters, including s106 obligations, general advice, enforcement, appeals.

Experienced planning lawyer who is well versed in primarily drafting and dealing with complex s106 planning obligations. In addition assisting with general planning advice, enforcement and appeal work where required.
