£53,022 - £62,880 per annum

Ealing Council have an exciting new opportunity as a property lawyer available on a fulltime basis (35 hrs pw).

The London Borough of Ealing is proud to be a Borough synonymous with first class services, with vibrant and diverse communities. You will join us at an exciting time as the Borough continues with its ambitious regeneration programme.

The lawyer role: we are looking to recruit a dynamic property lawyer with a ‘can do’ approach and an interest in learning new skills to join our fantastic property team.

As a property lawyer you will: have your own varied caseload on matters including commercial and residential property, regeneration and land transactions. The role will involve working collaboratively with staff and colleagues.

Our ideal property lawyer will have the below skills and experience:

Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to forge productive working relationships across the Council and with local partners.

Applications are invited from experienced Solicitors, Barristers or Legal Executives with proven expertise in property law.

You must have the right to work in the UK.  Evidence for the right to work in the UK will be requested at the interview stage.
