Are you a driven property specialist looking to make a difference in the public sector? Venn Group is working with a positive and welcoming legal team in a London Borough in their pursuit of a Residential Property Paralegal on a locum basis for an initial 3-month period

Duties:

• Supporting the Property legal team with right to buys, lease extensions and disposals
• Completing general administration duties alongside casework
• Preparing, revising, and finalising documents/court hearing bundles/reports
• Undertaking evaluation and assessment on liability and quantum on Residential Property claims

Requirements:

• Experience working a caseload in either commercial or residential property
• Experience working an extensive caseload of right to buy cases
• Experience working for any public sector organisation or local authority is essential
• The ability to work individually and hit the ground running
• Law degree, ideally an SQE
