Sellick Partnership is delighted to be recruiting for a Housing Lawyer to join a local authority in Yorkshire on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team with a wealth of experience.
Key Responsibilities of a Housing Lawyer:
- Provide legal support primarily in respect of civil litigation, housing litigation, and other matters covered by the General Litigation team
- Hold a personal caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters
- Undertake advocacy in courts and tribunals as appropriate
Required Skills and Experience of a Housing Lawyer:
- Prior experience in civil litigation, housing litigation, and/or general litigation matters
- Must be a Solicitor, Barrister, or FCiLeX with advocacy rights
