Housing Lawyer

Permanent

Hybrid Working

£40-49k per annum

Sellick Partnership is delighted to be recruiting for a Housing Lawyer to join a local authority in Yorkshire on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team with a wealth of experience.

Key Responsibilities of a Housing Lawyer:

  • Provide legal support primarily in respect of civil litigation, housing litigation, and other matters covered by the General Litigation team
  • Hold a personal caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Undertake advocacy in courts and tribunals as appropriate

Required Skills and Experience of a Housing Lawyer:

  • Prior experience in civil litigation, housing litigation, and/or general litigation matters
  • Must be a Solicitor, Barrister, or FCiLeX with advocacy rights
