Locum Planning & Highways Lawyer 

Location: Midlands
Hours: Full‑time (37 hrs)

About the Role
Join a leading local authority as a locum Planning & Highways Lawyer. You’ll advise on residential, minerals & waste and highways projects, draft and negotiate Section 106 agreements, support committee reports and work with multi‑agency partners.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister (post‑pupillage) or Chartered Legal Executive

• Strong public‑sector planning & highways experience (development projects, S106, rights of way)

• Excellent drafting, negotiation & advocacy skills

• Able to work independently, manage deadlines and attend evening meetings when needed
