Locum Litigation Lawyer

Vivid Resourcing are looking for a locum litigation lawyer to join a thriving Local Authority in the South East. 

This role would require candidates to be able to travel in for office/Court in person, no more than once per week.

The role:

• Full-time ideally, but part-time candidates will be considered
• 3-month rolling contract
• Once per week attendance (either for Court or office)
• Rate: £50-55ph
• Prior Local authority experience is required
• Candidates must have experience prosecuting the following cases: trading standards, fly tipping, environmental protection, planning prosecutions and licensing. Civil litigation experience is desirable, but not essential
• Start date in the next 4 weeks
