Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a unitary authority based in the South East who are seeking to hire an interim planning and highways lawyer on a 12 month contract to provide cover for maternity leave.
Candidates would be expected to attend the monthly planning committee in person, apart from that the role is fully remote.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working within local government legal teams,
- Have extensive experience with complex s106s, s278s, committee reports, appeals, and enforcement,
- Be able to attend a planning committee each month,
- Have two references from previous employees.
