Commercial Property Lawyer

SLLP (London Borough of Merton)

Initial 3-6 month contract, potential for extension

Rate: Umbrella, negotiable

35 hours per week

We are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer who can deal with lease and licence work across our 5 borough shared services with the exception of routine residential matters.
(Not right to buy, lease extensions, residential management)
You should be able to demonstrate good experience of managing a workload relating to commercial property asset management e.g. sales, purchases, leases, licence etc, good understanding of land title matters and relevant legislation relating to property transactions.

Do not need to have Local Authority experience but this is preferred.

We need someone that has had longer term placements more than 6 months rather than various short-term assignments.

Available to attend the offices once a week but 2 days initially for IT training.
