About the Role:

• Sellick Partnership is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join a large local authority on a remote working basis with occasional office attendance. This is an exciting opportunity to join an efficient team.
• The successful candidate must attend the office on the first day to collect IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Lawyer:

• NEC and JCT Contracts
• Grant agreements
• Public procurement
• Major project work

Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Commercial Lawyer:

• Previous experience handling commercial contracts and ideally project experience
• Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
