Sellick Partnership are pleased to be working alongside a well-known Local Authority in London to recruit a Planning Paralegal to join them on a locum basis.
This role will be offered on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to extend further. The council has a hybrid working arrangement in place, and it is preferred that the successful candidate attends the office a minimum of once per week.
The Planning Paralegal position will involve supporting the Planning and Regeneration team with their day-to-day tasks and acting as their legal support, which includes:
- Checking fees
- Formatting and filing documents
- Using Docusign
- Handling a small caseload of s106 matters
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience in a supportive and well-established team.
Experience working in a similar position is desirable but not essential, the client will also consider candidates from both public and private sector backgrounds.
