Criminal Prosecutions & Regulatory Lawyer

Bury (Local Authority role)

Initial 3-6 month contract

Rate Umbrella, negotiable

 

37 hours per week

 

Seeking: Experienced Criminal Prosecutions & Regulatory Lawyer with local government experience. 

Must have licensing experience and have supported Licensing Committee's. 

Attendance at court (Manchester & Salford Magistrates Court) as and when necessary (on average less than once a week).  

 Attendance at Full Licencing Committee max once evening a month starting in September 25.
