Initial 3-6 month contract

Rate: Umbrella, negotiable

Full Time or Part Time Hours Available

Public family law case work – advice to client officers; attendance at meetings ; preparation of documentation ;care proceedings ; adoption proceedings ; deprivation of liberty proceedings ;attendance at Court to represent the Council both attended and remote hearings

Advocacy is not essential although absolutely can form part of the role for any candidate and may on an urgent basis be required.
