Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the North West who are looking to hire an interim contracts and procurement lawyer for a 3 rolling contract to cover their permanent recruitment.

 

The role would require weekly onsite presence to attend team meetings/meet stakehokders.

 

The ideal candidate will:

- Have at least 3 years PQE

- Be able to advise on a broad variety of procurement matters within the major projects category

- Have prior experience drafting IT contracts and funding agreements

- Be familiar with the public procurement regulations

- Have prior experience working within local government.
