Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a district council based in the North West who are seeking to hire an interim planning lawyer on a 6 month rolling contract.

 

The initial start date for this post is slated for Mid-July,

 

The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience working within a local authority setting,

- Have extensive experience with complex s106s, general advice, appeals, and unilateral undertakings,

- Be willing and able to supervise more junior members of staff,

- Be able to attend an evening committee each month,

- Have prior experience with highways matters, inclusive of s278s or s38s.

 

Candidates unable to attend the evening committee, and those without highways experience, will be considered for this post but at a comparatively lower rate.

 

Part-Time arrangements can be considered for this post, and local candidates are encouraged to apply.
