Our client is very flexible and can consider full-time or part-time hours, and remote working is on offer.
Key Responsibilities of an Adult Social Care Lawyer include:
- Dealing with a range of adult social care matters
- Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)
- Court of Protection (COP)
- Inquests
Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Adult Social Care Lawyer:
- Previous experience working in Adult Social Care
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
