Sellick Partnership is looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a large local authority on a remote working basis with occasional office attendance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team. Flexible working hours and pattern, with a minimum of 25hrs/week, full time hours are also available.
Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Property Lawyer:
- Handling land disposals
- Sales and acquisitions
- Advising on Landlord and Tenant cases
- Leases and licences
- Academy conversions
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Commercial Property Lawyer:
- Strong background in public sector/local authorities
- Previous experience handling commercial property work
- Ability to competently manage a large caseload
Ideally, the candidate would attend the office on a hybrid basis, however the client is willing to consider remote working.
