Vivid Resourcing is currently working with a local authority in the North West seeking an experienced Housing Lawyer to join its legal team on a locum basis.

The role will involve advising on a range of housing law matters, supporting the authority with its ongoing caseload and providing practical legal advice to internal stakeholders.

The Role:

• Managing a varied caseload of housing law matters
• Advising on landlord and tenant issues
• Handling possession proceedings and housing litigation
• Providing legal advice on housing management matters
• Drafting and reviewing relevant legal documentation
• Working closely with internal departments to deliver effective legal support

The Details:

• Area: North West
• Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
• Working Pattern: Fully remote
• Contract: Locum assignment
• Start Date: ASAP
