The Role:

This role offers the opportunity to be involved in all areas of litigation across the council.  The work is diverse and varied, making every week different and interesting, as you will deal with matters such as judicial reviews, appeals, planning enforcement, housing, possession, anti-social behavior and homelessness appeals, as well as general litigation and advice to the Council. 

The Person:

We are looking for an experienced qualified solicitor, barrister or chartered legal executive with knowledge and experience with litigation. An interest in and ability to take an active role in supporting the development of junior members of the team is also important.
