We have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Business Team Leader with experience of managing staff and finance administration experience and/or qualifications, who is up for a challenge and understands the way in which an in-house legal or other professional service operates. The postholder will be responsible for finance operations, preparing legal recharges, contract performance and monitoring.
The Legal Business Team Leader will also operationally manage the work of a team of support officers undertaking a range of general administration duties, including court bundling. As well as working on projects and supporting the Head of Legal Business in delivering on the Legal Services Improvement Action Plan.
Croydon Council is a hybrid working organisation and supports flexible and remote working. **Please note, the postholder will be required to work from our offices in Croydon a minimum of three days a week.
