Job Description:

£57,111 per annum

We’re seeking an experienced Policy and Strategy Manager to play a key role within our Adult Social Care team. You’ll provide high-quality policy advice and drive strategic initiatives that support the future direction of our services, ensuring alignment with our wider organisational objectives.
 
Working closely with senior leaders you'll provide high-level consultancy and advisory services across Adult Social Care, offering expert insight on complex legal and policy matters. This includes key frameworks such as the Care Act, Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, Section 117 aftercare, and the Continuing Health Care Framework.
 
You’ll bring a deep understanding of the adult social care and health landscape, along with senior-level experience in the public sector. With strong interpersonal skills, you’ll work confidently across partner agencies, drive innovation, and support meaningful change in a complex and evolving environment.

The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 and an Enhanced DBS disclosure, including Barred List Check, will be required.
