Part-time Property Lawyer
15 - 20 hours a week
East Midlands
£45-60 per hour DOE
Sellick Partnership are delighted to be supporting a local authorty in the East Midlands with the recruitment of a part time Property Lawyer into their Legal team. They are ideally looking for someone who would be able to attend the offices on occassion but remote candidates will be considered.
For the Property Lawyer role we are looking for someone with the following experience:
- Mixed experience of commercial and residential property law - both transactional and queries
- Leases and licences
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Non-leasehold development work i.e. overage agreements
- Understanding of local government property law
This is a really lovely role, working at a well set up and stable authority!
