Senior SEN Lawyer - West Northamptonshire (Local Authority role)

Initial 3-6 month contract

Hourly rate negotiable

37 hours per week. Remote working with attendance at Court as and when required

• Advising upon and conducting SEND Tribunal proceedings.
• Advising on law, policy,strategy and procedure.
• Advising upon Judicial Reviews.
• Being a lead within the team and providing guidance and support to other members of the team
