We are currently recruiting for an experienced Education Lawyer to join a well-regarded local authority in the southwest region.

The main duties of the role will include advising on education and SEN matters, holding a caseload of tribunal cases, drafting and submitting case responses.

This position can offer remote working and flexible working arrangements.
