Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in Essex who are looking to hire an interim senior contracts lawyer for a 6 rolling contract to cover a gap in their team whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

 

This role involves regular face-to-face meetings with stakeholders and so candidates must be able to commit to a hybrid working model.

Candidates with no experience working within local government will be considered provided they have a strong background in construction matters.

 

The ideal candidate will:

- Have a deep working experience of JCT and NEC4 agreements
- Have a working knowledge of the 2023 Procurement Act
- Be able to attend onsite meetings twice a week
- Be available within the next 4 weeks to start on full-time hours.
