Legal Administrator

Leicestershire

Hybrid

£15-25 per hour DOE

Sellick Partnership are delighted to be supporting a local authority in Leicestershire with the recruitment of a Locum Legal Administrator into their team. It is essential that the candidate can travel to the office for part of the week and that they have used IKEN before.

The successful candidate for the Legal Administrator role will be picking up the following:

  • Overseeing signing and sealing of documents
  • Preparing engrossments and sending engrossed documents to parties
  • Opening files on the IKen system
  • Closing and archiving files on the IKEN system (please note, it is essential that they have previous knowledge of how to use Iken)
  • Undertaking filing on the IKEN system
  • Management of correspondence

Candidates looking for full or part time will be considered but it is essential that they have experience using the IKEN case management system.
