Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are working with a firm in North Wales who need someone to cover a period of maternity leave in their residential property department.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling a caseload of:

Freehold and leaseholds
Sales and purchases
Transfer of equity
Remortgages

The ideal candidate will be:

A qualified lawyer/solicitor. Open to experienced conveyancers
Able to provide office presence at least a couple of times per week
Be able to start a new role in the next few months
Have recent residential property experience

Weekly hours: Full-time or part-time

Contract length: 12 months
