About the Role:
- Sellick Partnership is looking for a Commercial Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join a large public sector organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected team.
Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Contracts and Procurement Lawyer:
- Drafting a range of commercial agreements
- Advising on construction contracts (NEC, PFI)
- Negotiating public procurement contracts
- Advising on public procurement act
Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Commercial Contracts and Procurement Lawyer:
- Previous experience handling commercial contracts and procurement matters
- Previous experience advising on construction contracts
- Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
