Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a well-established Local Authority in London who are looking for a Locum Principal Litigation Lawyer to join their team!

Role Details:

• Start: within the next 4 weeks
• Hours: 36 hours per week, but open to condensed hours​
• Duration: 3-6-month initial contract, with a strong view to extend
• Attendance: once per week for office/Court

Day-to-Day:

• Conducting cases on behalf of the Council in the Magistrates and County Court
• Housing evictions for anti-social behaviour
• Homelessness appeals
• Judicial reviews
• Defended debt cases
• Licensing appeals
• Injunctions
• Planning prosecutions
• Licensing Committee Hearings

You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or legal executive with practicing rights to be considered for this vacancy!
