Job Description:

Venn Group are working with a North West local authority in search for a Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor.
 
This role will involve remote advocacy, and the successful candidate must have litigation rights. The work will include but is not limited to:
  • Court of Protection
  • Ordinary residence
  • Mental health queries,
  • Care Act duties
  • General financial matters
  • Some policy and procedures work
 
Start: ASAP (can accommodate notice periods)
Duration: 3-month rolling contract
Working Arrangement: 30-37.5 hours per week, can consider fully remote (preference given to those that can work hybrid)
Rate: £60 per hour, umbrella
