Venn Group have been instructed on an interim Senior Property Lawyer role with a local authority in the North West.
 
This role will involve handling complex, high-value work, often multi-million pound an multi-phased development transactions involving cross team working with experts in other fields of the Regeneration Group (planning, commercial and construction).
 
Start: ASAP
Duration: Initially until 31/03/2026, extremely likely to be extended
Working Arrangement: Full-time, can be fully remote
Rate: £60 per hour, umbrella
