We are working with a local authority's growing legal team in the North West of England who are looking for an experienced locum commercial property and regeneration lawyer to join their team!

The role would require office presence on average of once a week for stakeholder meetings and sealing documents, the rest of the the position is fully remote.

The role:

• Full time hours
• 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
• Hybrid working arrangement (once a week in the office)
• Rate: Dependent on Experience
• Must have prior and extensive local authority experience
• Must have experience with landlord and tenant, disposals, and lease extensions
• Must have experience advising on regeneration projects on behalf of a local authority, and drafting CPOs.
