Job Description:

Sellick Partnership are recruiting an experienced Property Parallegal to assist a well established Local Authority for a 3-6 month rolling basis.


Our client is currently seeking a self-motivated Property Paralegal to join them for a locum contract. This placement will be initially for 3 months, with the potential to be extended on a rolling contract.

The successful Property Paralegal will be dealing with a mix of property matters including:
* Ti
tle searches

* Provide high-quality advice on land and property matters to the Council, its officers, and elected members.

* Advise on Acquisition and disposal of land (leasehold and freehold), commercial, and residential leases and licences

* Grant agreements/ Deeds

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Property Lawyer to take the lead on a unique project for a well established local university.

This role can be worked either full or part time and offers a competitive rate and flexible working. The ideal candidate will be able to attend the site as and when required, but there is some flexibility around this.
