Commercial Lawyer - Lincolnshire (Local Authority role)

Initial 3-6 Month Contract
Rate: Negotiable, umbrella
 
**Remote working**
  • An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Lawyer to join a Local Authority in Lincolnshire on a locum basis for three months with the strong possibility of an extension for the right candidate. 

  • This is a full -time role (37 hours) which is offered on a remote basis with office attendance only occasionally required. 

  • The successful locum will be an experienced lawyer in contracts and procurement work for a local authority. 

  • The person will become an integral part of a small team handling a diverse range of commercial work for the Local Authority, its partner District Councils and the recently created Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority. 

  • Work will be very varied but includes services contracts, IT contracts, framework agreements, collaborative procurements, grant agreements and subsidy control. 

  • A quick appointment is required so all candidates with the necessary experience should apply without delay.
