Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the West Midlands who are looking to hire an interim senior contracts lawyer for a 6 rolling contract to cover a gap in their team whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

This role can be offered on a fully remote basis on full-time hours.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have prior experience working within local government

- Have prior experience drafting public health contracts

- Be familiar with JCT/NEC4

- Have a working knoweldge of the 2023 Procurement Act.
