Job Description:

Property Lawyer, Lincolnshire (Local Authority role)

Initial 3-6 month contract
Rate: Negotiable (Umbrella)
37 hours per week
 
Remote working but an expectation to have a full day or 2 initially in the office and thereafter every 3 or 4 weeks would be satisfactory.
 
Experienced Lawyer required: Duties will be a full range of local government commercial conveyancing work – largely landlord and tenant (1954 Act) matters in addition to sale and purchase of land, potential of some residential conveyancing also but not RTB.
