Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Locum Planning Lawyer to join a well-regarded local authority in the South East of England.

About the Locum Planning Lawyer role:

• Remote working with committee attendance twice a month
• Full time
• £50-£60 per hour umbrella (dependent on experience)
• 3-6 months+

Responsibilities of the Planning Lawyer will include:

• Managing a caseload of planning law alongside some highways work
• Section 106, 104 and 73 agreements
• Planning enforcements

Candidates can work on a fully remote basis though may be required to attend committee up to twice a month.
