Part Time Planning Lawyer - Local Authority (Remote, West Midlands)
Contract: 3-6 months | £55-60 umbrella | Fully Remote

Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Planning Lawyer to join a forward-thinking local authority on a remote basis. This interim position is based within the West Midlands and is initially for a 3-6 month period.

The successful candidate will be joining a supportive and well-established legal team, handling a diverse caseload of planning matters, including:

  • Providing general planning advice, including support with an emerging Local Plan
  • Drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreements
  • Advising on highways agreements

Candidate Profile:
The ideal applicant will have prior experience working within the public sector. However, candidates from private practice with relevant planning law experience are also encouraged to apply.
