Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a unitary authority based in Yorkshire whose expanding legal team are seeking to hire an interim planning and highways solicitor on a 6 month rolling contract.

 

Candidates must be available to start on full-time hours within the next 4 weeks, as well as being able to attend the office fortnightly.

 

The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience working within a local authority setting,

- Have extensive experience with complex s106s, s278s, appeals, and enforcement,

- Have prior experience working within local government,

- Be able to attend a planning committee in person.
