Enfield Legal Services are recruiting.
We are looking to recruit an experienced litigator at Assistant Principal Lawyer level to help lead and manage our Disrepair and Housing Management team.
We are looking for a flexible, motivated and ambitious lawyer with good experience of dealing with disrepair and housing management as well as management experience in a legal team. The successful candidate will be accustomed to working at pace in a busy team, working on varied and complex issues. You will be a team player who can demonstrate self-motivation and flexibility. The ability to work to tight timescales/deadlines is essential for this role as is the ability to manage others and ensure the team delivers and performs well on high volume casework – being well-organised is essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious professional to join a friendly, committed and highly regarded in-house legal team to help deliver quality legal advice, as well as making a real contribution to the quality of life and sustainability of the borough. Prior local authority experience is desirable but not essential.
We work collaboratively and flexibly and welcome applications from all members of the community. We are employers that develop talent, encourage innovation and have a supportive working environment. If you want to be part of our journey, we would love to hear from you. All roles are open to Solicitors, Barristers or Fellows of CILEX.
Our working patterns are hybrid and lawyer managers are required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
