£50-55ph (umbrella)

Sellick Partnership is delighted to be recruiting for this brilliant opportunity with a well-regarded London Borough Council.

Our client is seeking a Property Lawyer to assist with the preparation of 50 reports on titles by the end of July. There is also a strong likelihood for the post to be extended, on a locum rolling contract basis, to assist with the disposals of the sites if established feasible to sell over the next 3-5 years.

Experience preparing reports on titles is essential, as the successful candidate will need to hit the ground running. Experience working for a local authority is desirable but not essential, if you have experience in the above from a private sector background you will also be considered.

This position requires the Property Lawyer to work full time hours, condensed will be considered, and attend the office at least twice per week.

Due to the urgent nature of this work, our client is seeking to fill this locum Property Lawyer position as soon as possible, so applicants will ideally be able to start immediately or within a few weeks' notice.
