About the Head of Legal & Monitoring Officer position:

Our client, a Borough Council in the South East is seeking an interim Head of Legal and Monitoring Officer, pending permanent recruitment.

This opportunity is offered on a full-time, hybrid basis, with attendance required approximately twice per week.

Responsibilities of the Head of Legal and Monitoring Officer will include:

* Line management of the Deputy Head of Legal Services and Democratic Services Manager
* As Head of Legal Services and MO, work alongside Members and Directors
