Rate: Negotiable,  Umbrella - Indicate rate sought

Legal Services Lincolnshire is in the provider of legal services to Lincolnshire County Council and six of the District Council’s within Lincolnshire. We are seeking a prosecution lawyer to assist with the varied case load of prosecution matters undertaken on behalf of all our clients.

We are seeking a lawyer with experience of prosecuting local authority matters.

The role will involve reviewing cases, preparing matters for Court and general advice work.
