Litigation Lawyer – North West

Vivid are working with a local authority in the North West who are looking to bring a Litigation Lawyer into their team on an interim basis.

You will be given the opportunity to work majority remotely, on a locum initial 6 month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

Key responsibilities of the Litigation Lawyer:

• Housing Possession claims
• Disrepair Proceedings
• ASB matters
• Environmental Enforcement offences
• Charging Orders
• Conduct advocacy in court as required.
