Property and Regeneration Lawyer

We are working with a local authority’s growing legal team in the West Midlands who are looking for an experienced locum property and regeneration lawyer to join their team!

The role would require office presence on average of once a week for stakeholder and working-group meetings, the rest of the the position is fully remote.

The role:

• Full time hours
• 6 month initial contract, extended until a permanent appointment is made
• Hybrid working arrangement (once a week in the office)
• Must have prior and extensive local authority experience
• Must have experience with landlord and tenant, disposals, and lease extensions
• Must have experience advising on regeneration projects on behalf of a local authority, and drafting CPOs.
