Planning and Highways Lawyer

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the South East of England whose expanding legal team are seeking to hire an interim planning and highways lawyer on a 6 month rolling contract, whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

Candidates will be required to start on full-time hours with compressed arrangement available – this position can be conducted on a fully remote basis.

The ideal candidate will:

– Have previous experience working within a local authority setting,

– Have extensive experience with complex s106s, appeals, and enforcement,

– Be experienced drafting s278s and s38s.
