We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Property Lawyer to join our busy, friendly, and supportive team. You will manage a varied caseload of property matters, providing high-quality legal advice and practical solutions to clients across the Council. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake interesting and rewarding work, including drafting and negotiating legal agreements, advising on complex property issues, and supporting key projects that make a positive impact on local communities.

Special requirements for this post

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive (or equivalent).
• Experience in Property Law and managing a legal caseload.
• Ability to draft and negotiate legal agreements and complex legal documentation.
• Commitment to equality, diversity, and excellent client service.
• Willingness to attend committee meetings, school admission appeals, and occasional evening meetings as required.
• Ability to work independently and support less experienced team members, depending on grade level.
