- Working effectively with other members of the litigation team
- Supporting service delivery, development and effective staff management
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A local government or wider public sector background
This is an opportunity to join a talented team serving a large and diverse client base, where your work will be valued and your expertise will make a genuine difference. If you are looking for a rewarding next step and want to continue growing as a lawyer and a leader, we would be delighted to hear from you.
As a shared legal service supporting four councils in Gloucestershire, One Legal offers ambitious lawyers the chance to work on a varied and meaningful caseload.
You will be part of a collaborative and inclusive team, with exposure to a wide range of contentious matters and the opportunity to build breadth and depth in your practice.
At One Legal, we are committed to delivering high-quality legal advice and achieving positive outcomes for our clients. In return, you will enjoy a role where no two days are the same and where the experience you gain will help you realise your full potential as both a lawyer and a leader.
