We provide strategic and professional advice and services covering all aspects of local government law.
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and growing team during a period of significant transformation and major project delivery within the Councils supported by the Legal Partnership.
We have a vacancy for a litigation solicitor to join the Litigation Team with a focus on civil litigation. In addition the role will also involve prosecutions for the regulatory arms of all three Councils together with Licensing and some employment work.
To be considered you should be a qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales. Evidence of public sector and/ or relevant private practice work experience is highly desirable. In addition, you will be required to ‘hit the ground running’ with an enabling and positive approach to finding solutions to complex problems and working flexibly across a multi skilled team supporting colleagues regardless of the area of law supported is essential.

Salary: The salary band for this role is £52,413 - £58,865. The starting salary is £52,413 with annual progression through the salary bands.
