Job Description:

£51,356 - £54,495 per annum

The Litigation, Regulatory and Community Team, as part of the Council’s Legal Service, is looking for an experienced solicitor to undertake a high - quality litigation caseload with minimal supervision and provide professional support to a small team of Housing condition claims lawyers and paralegals.

You must be a qualified solicitor with experience in Housing litigation and preferably have experience conducting housing condition claims.

A willingness to learn other areas covered by the team is also required. These include local authority education, adult community care, general local government litigation, including judicial review, ASB, housing condition claims.
